General Cleaner

A General Cleaner keeps the hotel's shared spaces as polished as its guest rooms — from restrooms and public areas to banquet and meeting rooms — while lending a hand wherever guests need it, all in service of an outstanding stay.

• Cleans designated areas including restrooms, public spaces, offices, and banquet, meeting, and conference rooms
• Dusts and polishes furniture and fixtures; vacuums, mops, sweeps, and shampoos carpets as needed
• Washes windows, cleans and waxes floors, and removes and disposes of trash
• Greets guests in a friendly, welcoming manner
• Reports maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
• Stocks and maintains supply rooms as needed
• Performs deep-cleaning tasks and special projects, such as mattress flipping and furniture moves,
• Delivers guest requests and assists with cleaning guest rooms as needed

• Cleaning experience
• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
