Become a key contributor to one of the most exciting sports content ecosystems in the industry, you'll also collaborate with local and international teams across markets where entertainment and casino content play a central role.

A taster of what you will be involved with:

• Produce regular content performance reports and translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Analyze audience and content trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Support the day-to-day management and coordination of sports content initiatives, with a strong focus on operational excellence.
• Collaborate closely with local teams to provide recommendations that improve content effectiveness and audience engagement.
• Prepare updates, presentations, and reports for central stakeholders, ensuring clear communication in English andSpanish.
• Monitor content performance across channels and proactively suggest improvements based on data and market insights.

What we are looking for

• Strong interest in sports and digital content, with a genuine passion for staying up to date with industry trends
• Experience working with content reporting, analytics, or performance tracking.
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and turn findings into practical recommendations.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and operational tasks.
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating projects with external agencies or international stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Work setup 3x2 at our office in Jardim Paulistano
