**About the Role

** Our recruiting team is only as fast and effective as the operations behind it. As Circadia scales nationally across skilled nursing, home health, and virtual care -- and grows our Clinical, Tech, and Corporate teams alongside it -- we need someone who can own the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps hiring moving: scheduling, onboarding, systems, and process.

This is not a back-office role. You'll be the connective tissue that lets our recruiters focus on candidate relationships and closing, while you make sure nothing falls through the cracks -- from the first interview invite to a new hire's first day.
