Ever walked past a refreshed KFC restaurant and wondered what it takes to improve the guest experience? As Project Manager Construction, you'll help deliver construction projects across the Netherlands, with a strong focus on remodels, upgrades, and refurbishments that keep our restaurants modern, efficient, and welcoming. From time to time, you may also have the opportunity to support selected new store projects in The Netherlands or Germany, while your main focus remains the Dutch market. From planning through completion, you'll work closely with colleagues, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a few years of project, construction, facilities, engineering, or retail experience who is ready to take the next step and grow within a fast-paced international business.

What You'll Do

• _Deliver Restaurant Remodels and Improvement Projects_ : You'll support projects that refresh, upgrade, and improve our restaurants across the Netherlands, helping to create great spaces for both guests and teams. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you'll help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• _Coordinate Projects from Start to Finish_ : You manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and stakeholders throughout the construction process. You'll help keep projects on track while ensuring everyone involved is aligned and informed.
• _Work with Contractors and Partners:_ You'll collaborate with contractors, architects, consultants, suppliers, and local authorities to support successful project delivery. Building strong relationships and maintaining clear communication will be a key part of your role.
• _Monitor Progress and Solve Problems_ : No two days are the same. You'll regularly visit project sites, monitor progress, identify potential challenges, and help find practical solutions.
• _Learn and Grow_ : You'll work alongside experienced construction and development professionals, giving you the opportunity to develop your project management skills and build a long-term career within Collins Foods Europe.
