Junior Licensing Officer

Kickstart your iGaming career as a Junior Licensing Officer. Assist with multi-jurisdictional licensing, regulatory applications, and core business growth projects.

Location : St Julian's, Malta

Responsibilities:

• Support the compilation of complex license-application requirements across target jurisdictions and convert them into structured project tracking frameworks for license applications.
• Collaborate with other teams in order to gather technical, operational, and corporate documentation required for regulatory filings.
• Be knowledgeable in license-application requirements to be able to reply to related queries.
• Review the provided documentation and request feedback from the different stakeholders.
• Review and organise legal translations, and key person applications into submission-ready filing systems.
• Assist in drafting responses to regulatory inquiries, audit requests, and license renewal queries from gaming authorities.
• Track milestone progress for ongoing license applications and communicate updates to internal stakeholders and compliance management.

About you:

• 1+ years of iGaming experience or managing license applications in a regulated sector.
• Speak and write fluently in English, with the ability to liaise clearly across departments.
• Great time-management skills and able to prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
• Trustworthy to be able to handle confidential, sensitive executive and corporate data with discretion.
• Exceptional organisational skills with rigorous attention to detail.
