Outbound Sales

Conforma is a Contract Manufacturing Organisation (CMO) specialising in the manufacturing of non-sterile liquid and semi-solid pharmaceutical and medical device products , including solutions, syrups, gels and creams.

As we expand internationally, we are looking for an Outbound Sales professional to identify new opportunities, build a qualified prospect pipeline and support our commercial visibility.

The role

This is a hands-on commercial role combining market research, lead generation, outbound sales and business development. You will identify companies whose products could potentially be manufactured by Conforma, assess whether they have internal manufacturing capabilities, and identify the right people to approach.

You will help us turn market intelligence into concrete commercial opportunities.

Your responsibilities

• Identify and map potential customers across Europe and, subsequently, international markets
• Research companies, product portfolios and manufacturing capabilities to identify potential outsourcing and contract manufacturing opportunities
• Build and maintain a structured, high-quality prospect database and prioritise opportunities based on commercial potential
• Identify relevant decision-makers and map professional contact details
• Use online research, professional networks, databases and direct telephone contact to obtain or verify information and establish the right point of contact
• Support targeted outbound campaigns and follow up qualified leads together with the Business Development team
• Support the organisation and commercial follow-up of relevant international trade fairs and industry events
• Help keep Conforma's LinkedIn company page professional, current and engaging by contributing to relevant posts and content
