About the Role
As an experienced Project Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to collaborate with our valued customers in successfully executing a diverse range of Cybersecurity, Infrastructure & Network projects. Your expertise will ensure exceptional outcomes for our clients, third-party stakeholders, and our internal technical and delivery teams. Your financial acumen will be put to use as you effectively manage budgets and leverage your commercial skills to navigate our contractual agreements.
What You’ll Do (Your Why)
As part of your daily responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead scoping and planning efforts for projects.
- Effectively manage project teams to deliver tailored solutions that fulfil our customer's needs.
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, risks, and issues throughout the project's lifespan.
- Ensure project governance and reporting requirements are consistently met.
- Handle invoicing and related billing activities professionally and efficiently.
- Mentor and provide valuable guidance to fellow members of the project management team.
- Embrace and drive Agile ways of working, utilising the standardised tool sets.
Due to the dynamic nature of the IT industry and the diverse challenges involved in delivering competitive products and services to our clients, it’s important to gain experience across different areas of the business where possible. As a result, you may be required to take on a variety of roles within Datacom to meet business needs and broaden your understanding

Requirements
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of project management experience at a senior level.
- A proven track record of successfully delivering IT infrastructure projects end to end using Agile methodologies, with experience delivering projects using Waterfall methodologies a plus.
- Experience delivering cybersecurity projects end to end and experience with cybersecurity programs or infrastructure transformation are a plus.
- Extensive experience in managing technology projects across diverse infrastructures and business applications, particularly in managed services or enterprise customer environments.
- Strong financial expertise, including experience managing project budgets and commercial contracts within projects.
- Experience managing project invoicing is a plus.
- Exceptional leadership and management abilities, including experience leading project teams.
- Experience managing enterprise customers, senior client stakeholders, internal technical delivery teams, and third-party vendors.
- Strong project reporting and risk mitigation skills.
- Proficiency in negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, ServiceNow, or similar delivery and reporting tools.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
- Eligible to work in Australia.
