Junior Ad Operations Executive (3 Month Contract)

What’s the Opportunity?

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills. This is an entry-level role and full training will be provided to the successful candidate.

The Ad Operations (AdOps) function is responsible for ensuring that Distilled (Daft, DoneDeal, Adverts) gives the best possible media advertising solutions to our customers, helping them smartly communicate the value of their brands to our users.

In this role you will assist the delivery of digital advertising campaigns. The purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth running of the Ad Operations Department and provide the Advertising Sales teams with efficient, fast and effective support by executing and managing all web, mobile, App campaigns in order to help maximise revenues.

What will I be doing?

As Junior Ad Ops Executive you will:

• Execute and manage advertising campaigns for Media, Motor Dealer and Real Estate Agents across our brands using our ad server Google Ad Manager alongside the AdOps team.
• Support the team to automate and streamline every aspect of advertising operations: trafficking campaigns, acquiring assets, troubleshooting, quality testing, performance tracking and reporting.
• Liaise with the sales team to build ad inventory forecasts to help them maximise sales and ensure a smooth transition from ad sale to ad launch.
• Work with the product and engineering team to optimise the performance of the ad units across all sites.
• Work with design and product to create new native ad formats that are appealing to advertising customers and best in class in the Irish market.
• Support digital advertising projects and various product development initiatives.
