Strategic Partnerships & Account Manager
_Southern California | Hybrid | $95,000–$120,000 + Performance Bonus_
Grow relationships with brands that are changing what textiles can do.
What if the fabric in your clothing, bedding or performance gear could do more than simply cover you?
CELLIANT® , developed by Hologenix , is an infrared technology embedded into textiles and used by brands across apparel, wellness, sleep, performance and other consumer markets.
Hologenix is now looking for a Strategic Partnerships & Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of brand partnerships and help turn strong relationships into long-term commercial growth.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys the relationship side of account management and the commercial side: identifying opportunities, growing revenue, solving problems, navigating negotiations and helping partners get more value from the relationship.
You'll work closely with the VP of Business Development and collaborate with teams across marketing, regulatory, supply chain and finance.
What you'll be doing
At the heart of this role is a portfolio of existing CELLIANT brand partners.
You'll become their primary day-to-day commercial contact, building strong relationships and developing a deep understanding of their businesses, products and future plans.
You'll be responsible for:
- Growing existing partnerships by identifying opportunities for expansion, renewals, upsells and new applications of CELLIANT technology.
- Owning partner relationships and keeping conversations, commitments and commercial opportunities moving forward.
- Running meaningful business reviews with your accounts and turning those conversations into clear actions and growth opportunities.
- Supporting new partnerships by handling inbound opportunities, conducting early discovery and helping assess commercial fit.
- Supporting commercial negotiations through research, financial scenarios, briefing materials, contract coordination and follow-up.
- Connecting the dots internally, working with marketing, regulatory, supply chain and finance to make sure partners receive the support they need.
- Keeping commercial information organised, including account activity, opportunities and partner information in Salesforce.
- Working across an international business, collaborating with colleagues and partners in multiple markets.
You'll have autonomy over your accounts, while working closely with senior leadership when opportunities, negotiations or challenges require additional support.
