What you'll do:

We're looking for aSenior Partner Manager _(based in Melbourne)_ to join ourPartner Management department as the strategic ally for our key partners, driving the success of their projects from inception to execution. In this role, you will coordinate with internal teams and leverage data insights to ensure continuous growth and strengthen Fever’s footprint in the region. As your main responsabilities, you'll:

• _Build and maintain strong relationships with partners_ by understanding their needs and objectives, acting as a trusted advisor, and delivering solutions that align with Fever’s expertise and goals.
• _Oversee the lifecycle of partner events and projects,_ coordinating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance) to ensure timely and seamless execution, while tracking actions and progress.
• _Monitor partner performance by defining KPIs,analyzing data_ , _and implementing strategiesto support continuous growth._ Regularly prepare reports highlighting achievements and opportunities for improvement.
• _Collaborate with internal teams_ to proactively address challenges, develop tailored solutions, and ensure high partner satisfaction.
• _Gather and analyze partner feedback_ to inform product, marketing, and operational enhancements recommendations.
• _Gain a deep understanding of Fever's teams and processes_ to effectively advocate for partners' needs and contribute to team-wide initiatives.

Who you are :

• _+4 years_ of experience in project management or consulting.
• _Fluent in English_ ; additional language fluency is a plus.
• _Proven ability to_ _manage stakeholders_ and build positive working relationships with excellent communication skills.
• _Analytical and solutions-oriented _with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
• _A proactive, curious mindset,_ eager to explore new ideas and exceed expectations.
• _Collaborative team player_ , ready to take ownership and support others as needed.
• _Strategic thinker_ with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and address partnership challenges.
