Salary Range:$5000-$9000

\- Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm

\- Saturday: 8:30am to 12:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

\- Develop and manage project timelines and schedules to ensure timely delivery.

\- Allocate manpower, materials, and budget efficiently for project execution.

\- Serve as the main contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors, facilitating clear communication.

\- Identify and address project risks and issues proactively.

\- Ensure project compliance with contract terms and relevant regulations.

\- Maintain quality control to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

\- Provide regular progress updates to management and clients.

\- Monitor project expenses and manage the budget to ensure cost control.

\- Resolve delays, conflicts, and unforeseen issues through effective problem-solving.

\- Oversee project handover, ensuring successful completion and proper documentation.

Job Requirements:

\- Experience working with main contractors in the construction industry.

\- Familiarity with coordinating and managing multiple subcontractors, stakeholders, and resources on-site.

\- 1–3 years of working experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in Singapore.

\- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software.

\- Strong communication and writing skills.

\- Proficiency in Microsoft Project for presenting schedules to clients.
