Office Location:

\- Tai Seng

Working Hours:

\- Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm

\- Saturday: 8:30am to 12:00pm

\- Construction sector, specializing in Addition & Alteration (A&A) and Building Works

Key Responsibilities:

\- Project Planning: Develop and manage project timelines and schedules to ensure timely delivery.

\- Resource Management: Allocate manpower, materials, and budget efficiently for successful project execution.

\- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring clear and effective communication.

\- Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and implement measures to address and mitigate them.

\- Contract & Compliance: Ensure all project activities adhere to contract terms and comply with relevant regulations.

\- Quality Control: Oversee project work to ensure it meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.

\- Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates and progress reports to management and clients.

\- Cost Control: Monitor project expenses and manage the budget to prevent overruns.

\- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve delays, conflicts, and unforeseen issues that may arise during the project.

\- Project Handover: Ensure successful completion of the project and proper documentation for handover.

Job Requirements:

\- Experience working with main contractors in the construction industry.

\- Familiarity with coordinating and managing multiple subcontractors, stakeholders, and resources on-site.

\- 1-3 years of working experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in Singapore.

\- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software.

\- Strong communication and writing skills.

\- Proficiency in Microsoft Project for presenting schedules to clients.
