Role: Temporary Project Administrator
Location: Fort Worth, Texas (north)
Duration: 2 to 3 months
Hourly Rate: $23/HR
You will be responsible to:
- Book hotels, airfare and/or rental cars as needed for traveling Technicians
- Record and update project allocation details (dates, rates, location) to technician database records
- Communicate regularly with Technicians through Workchat regarding various needs and instructions
- Review Technician time entries daily for accuracy
- Add and update project and technician details regularly in various databases, including SalesForce, Sharepoint, [Monday.com](http://Monday.com) and Collabaro
- Support technicians and project managers to ensure smooth and effective project operations
