Hiring experienced CHIEF COOK for a LEADING FACILITY MANAGEMENT & CATERING COMPANY IN QATAR.
Salary: QR 4000
Job Summary:
Lead culinary operations of a catering service, including menu development, food preparation, and kitchen management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations and staff
- Plan and update menus as per client needs and nutrition standards
- Supervise cooks, assistants, and stewards
- Ensure food quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and safety standards
- Manage inventory, supplies, and procurement
- Conduct inspections of kitchen, storage, and equipment
- Train and mentor kitchen staff
- Handle client feedback and implement improvements
