General Manager - Palo Alto

JETSET Pilates is a modern, music-driven Pilates brand that is one of the fastest growing concepts in Pilates fitness in the US with over 400 locations sold, and rapidly opening new studios. We are bringing JETSET Pilates to Palo Alto, CA and are looking for a dynamic General Manager to build the business in one of Bay Area's hottest markets and drive an exceptional customer experience. You will be a founding member of the team and a co-architect of building the brand in Palo Alto.

JETSET Pilates General Managers are committed to the growth and development of their team and are passionate about sharing the brand and workout with others. The General Manager is a strong leader who is dedicated to cultivating relationships within the studio, as well as role modeling all of the qualities and attributes of an exceptional instructor

The General Manager is a multi-faceted role responsible for all aspects of studio performance, growth, and people management in the studio. They are accountable for ensuring that all areas of the business are fulfilled and are driven by achieving goals and continuing growth.

General Managers are expected to complete the JETSET Instructor Training Academy Program and maintain an active in-studio presence during a minimum of 25 class times per week.
