**The Role
** Own and scale outbound across all clients. Lead AI-driven email, LinkedIn, and nurture campaigns while managing a team and delivering KPI performance.
What You’ll Own
- Outbound email + LinkedIn campaigns at scale
- AI-driven automation (n8n, Clay, APIs)
- Lead lists, deliverability, sending infrastructure
- KPI performance, testing, and optimization
- Team management, training, SOPs
What You Bring
- 3+ years outbound + LinkedIn campaigns
- Automation tools (n8n, Make, Clay)
- Strong cold email + deliverability expertise
- Team leadership and coaching experience
- Data-driven, systems-oriented mindset
- Strong copywriting for outbound
