Email Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to create, configure, test, and implement automated email campaigns based on business and product requirements. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of relevant experience , strong hands-on expertise in email automation, and experience using marketing automation platforms. Bloomreach experience is highly preferred but not required , provided the candidate has experience with similar platforms and can quickly learn new tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and configure automated email campaigns based on business requirements.
• Develop automated emails using Bloomreach or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Review existing campaign materials and identify configuration changes required for new product launches.
• Adapt existing email content, templates, and campaigns for new or updated product websites.
• Test and validate automated emails before deployment.
• Design and implement new automated email scenarios and workflows.
• Manage multiple email automation projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Clearly communicate project status, timelines, and potential issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure email campaigns meet business and product requirements.
• Demonstrate curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, processes, and business requirements.
• Provide occasional support for activities outside email automation based on business priorities.
