• Manage your station: Take full ownership of your assigned kitchen section, directing daily prep, organization, and service execution to the highest standard.
• Deliver perfection: Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to 5-star luxury standards, ensuring strict consistency, presentation, and flavor.
• Guide and mentor: Direct and support Commis and Demi Chefs, fostering a collaborative learning environment and upholding kitchen standards.
• Maintain quality & safety: Ensure your station strictly adheres to HACCP, food safety guidelines, cleanliness, and portion control.

• Solid experience: Proven track record as a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie in a professional, high-end, or fine-dining kitchen.
• Strong culinary skills: Deep knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredient pairing, and modern plating styles.
• Natural leader: Excellent communication skills, strong initiative, and the ability to stay cool and organized during fast-paced service.
• Language skills: Good command of English and/or Czech for effective daily communication within our international team.
