We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deli Supervisor to join our team at Londis Coolcotts in Co Wexford. As a Deli Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our deli department and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

The Role:

• Manage and lead a team of deli staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Responsible for food preparation, cooking, and presentation according to company standards and food safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
• Create and update deli menus, specials, and promotions to drive sales and meet customer preferences.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
• Provide excellent customer service, address customer inquiries and concerns, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate would be flexible and work 5 over 7 including weekends.
