Ryan’s Mace Ballycahill is seeking a skilled, efficient, and reliable Full-Time Deli Assistant to join our busy team.

Key Requirements

Experience: 1 to 2 years of professional deli experience is strictly essential.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold food fresh daily.
• Slice and portion meats accurately and safely.
• Serve customers with excellent manners and efficiency.
• Maintain strict food safety and HACCP standards.
• Keep the deli counter and prep areas spotless.
• Check food temperatures, fill in record books daily, record core temperatures
• of hot and cold storage units throughout the day.
