What you’ll be doing

As an iOS Developer in the Consumer Wealth team, you'll play a key role in shaping how millions of users save, invest, and grow their money, focusing on products like Funds, ETFs, and Stocks.

Here's what that looks like in practice:

• Create impactful mobile experiences - Develop and implement native iOS applications to enhance engagement and operate mission-critical wealth and investment features.

• Collaborate within a team - Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers to integrate cohesive, high-performance mobile solutions.

• Focus on users - Transform complex financial data into intuitive designs and clear charts; collaborate with Data Analysts on A/B tests to optimize user experience.

• Drive continuous improvement - Enhance existing investment features and create new user-centric tools to keep our financial offerings cutting-edge.

• Ensure excellence - Maintain high standards for coding, performance, and security for absolute app reliability.

• Work in an AI-Powered Environment - Leverage AI tools daily to write and optimize code, speed up root cause analysis, and generate documentation.

Our iOS tech stack is built heavily on Swift and UIKit/SwiftUI, utilizing the iOS SDK. We value clean architecture, heavily leveraging MVVM, app modularization, Dependency Injection, and Reactive Programming (RxSwift/ReactiveSwift). You'll take ownership of your code from local development to App Store deployment.

Who we’re looking for

This role needs someone who is a problem-solver, loves teamwork, is passionate about financial markets, and is ready for real ownership.

• Relevant educational background - Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• iOS development experience - At least 3 years building and shipping high-quality native iOS apps (Swift, SwiftUI/UIKit, MVVM, Reactive Programming). App Store published projects are a strong plus.

• FinTech & Wealth mindset - Strong interest or experience in FinTech, trading platforms, or wealth management products, including handling complex data rendering or financial charts.

• Passion and adaptability - Passionate about startup environments and adaptable as our wealth product line grows.

• Structured communication - Ability to communicate clearly, adapting your style to build trust with stakeholders.

• Language proficiency - Fluent in English.

Salary: €45,000 - €53,000 gross per annum

This range is set using objective, gender-neutral criteria for the role's core requirements. However, we do not believe in putting a ceiling on talent. The final compensation package is tailored according to your unique experience and expertise.
