Sales Manager:
- Develop and implement sales strategy.
- Lead and manage the sales team.
- Expand customer base.
- Maintain key accounts.
- Monitor sales performance.
- Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree is a must,
- 8 YOE in a Freight Forwarding Company or Shipping Line as a sales representative.
- Previous experience in a Freight Forwarding Company or Shipping Line is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding, import/export, and logistics services.
- Strong leadership skills.
Existing customer portfolio is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to develop sales strategies.
- Experience in managing sales teams and achieving targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
