Operation & Production Manager - BTL Advertising Agency

• Manage the full production cycle of BTL & advertising projects.
• Coordinate with suppliers, printing houses, workshops, and fabricators.
• Supervise the production and execution of Events, Booths, Stands, Activations, Giveaways, Printing, and Exhibition Production, Branding & Installation.
• Ensure high-quality execution and on-time delivery.
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best quality and cost.
• Follow up on production, installation, and final project delivery.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and solve production issues efficiently.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Production, Events, Exhibitions, or BTL Advertising.

• Strong experience in Events, Booths, Stands, Activations, Giveaways, Printing, and Exhibition Production, Branding & Installation.
• Strong supplier and contractor management experience.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and on-site during events when required.
• Very good command of English.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
