Talent 360 is hiring a Sales Specialist for one of our clients in the HVAC industry.

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our client's team. The ideal candidate should have solid sales experience in heating systems or ceramics and a strong understanding of the relevant market.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new sales opportunities and potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Present and promote the company's products and solutions.
Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and follow up on sales opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Follow up with clients throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

3–4 years of experience in Sales.
Experience in Heating Systems is a MUST.
Experience in Ceramics is also considered relevant.
Male candidates only.
Engineering degree is NOT required.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good command of English.
Strong customer relationship and business development skills.
