Structural Design Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Structural Design Engineer to join our team in Dokki. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering and reinforced concrete design, with proven experience in designing residential, commercial, and high-rise buildings.

Previous experience within an engineering consultancy/consultant environment is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for residential, commercial, and high-rise buildings.
• Prepare and review structural design calculations, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.
• Review structural drawings and resolve technical/design issues.
• Participate in design reviews and provide effective engineering solutions.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of design packages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, with a Structural Engineering/Concrete background.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in reinforced concrete and structural design.
• Proven experience in designing residential, commercial, and high-rise buildings.
• Previous experience in an engineering consultancy is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of structural design principles, codes, and standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
