You Are:
- A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.
You Have:
- Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A dependable work history, strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a team-oriented attitude.
Your Location:
- 1200 Commerce Drive, Suite 105, Plano, TX 75093
Your Schedule:
- Full Time - 40 hours per week
- Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm
- Some travel and flexible hours (weekends, early/late) as needed

- Lead onsite installations and mentor junior technicians
- Pull/Terminate/Test Low-Voltage Cabling (Category, Fiber, Speaker, Coax)
- Mount devices at the ends of those wires (TV, speakers, cameras, access points, control devices)
- Build and lace equipment racks
- Advanced setup and configuration of devices
- Advanced understanding of networks
- Advanced troubleshooting of devices, wiring and connectivity issues
- Coordinate onsite progress with Project Managers
- Provide client communication, support, and training
- +3 yrs of AV, IT, or control system installation experience
- Ability to read system drawings and adapt to scope changes in the field
- OSHA safety knowledge (preferred)
- Personal tool kit required
- $35-$45 per hour, based on experience
