Security Guard – Long-Term Saskatchewan Project

Total Group of Companies is seeking experienced, professional Security Guards for a long-term restoration project in Saskatchewan. This project is supported by integrated Safety, Security, Rescue and Medical teams.

We are looking for confident, level-headed individuals who can maintain a strong security presence while treating residents, coworkers and community members with dignity and respect. This role requires excellent judgment, discretion and the ability to remain calm and professional in sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to designated project areas
• Conduct regular patrols of buildings, properties and surrounding areas
• Help protect residents, workers, property and project equipment
• Identify and respond appropriately to security concerns or unusual activity
• De-escalate challenging situations calmly and professionally
• Document incidents, observations and daily activities accurately
• Communicate effectively with site management and the Safety, Rescue and Medical teams
• Maintain confidentiality regarding residents, properties and project activities
• Follow all site-specific security procedures and emergency response protocols
• Contribute to a respectful, professional and community-conscious work environment
