About Unlimit
Unlimit is a global fintech ecosystem built to eliminate financial borders holding businesses back. The company provides the extensive infrastructure needed to scale globally, integrating payment processing, multi-currency business accounts, BaaS and crypto gateways into a single, intelligent platform.
Across 17 offices globally, Unlimit bridges hyper-local expertise with a high-capacity financial network, giving companies the agility to expand across regions with operational confidence and speed. Driving the evolution of payments, Unlimit is transforming its infrastructure from human-operated fintech into AI-native financial infrastructure — where APIs are consumed by machines, integrations are negotiated by agents, and systems evolve continuously through intelligent automation. Our next users are not only humans. They are AI agents acting on behalf of humans and businesses.
Unlimit serves more than the needs of businesses today; we are building the nervous system for a borderless global economy.
About the Role
At the core, you enjoy helping customers and internal stakeholders using your deep technical knowledge. As a Solutions Engineer at Unlimit, you own the customer's technical journey from signed contract to live production traffic, designing integration solutions, unblocking complex problems, and making sure financial projects actually launch. You will act as the key bridge between our clients and our internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Account Management).
Because we are growing, this is a unique opportunity to join as the first member of our Solutions Team in the region, where you will have the agency to help define and shape our local standard operating procedures (SOPs).
What You Will Do
The role is delivery-weighted: the majority of your time is spent getting customers integrated and live.
Integration Support & Delivery (80–85%): Own signed customers from sandbox to public launch. Lead requirements gathering, provide technical recommendations, design the integration approach, support and troubleshoot the customer's development cycle, run testing and certification, and oversee initial transaction monitoring after go-live. You are the customer's primary technical counterpart throughout.
Pre-Sales Support (10–15%): Partner with Sales on selected opportunities, technical product demos, security and RFP questionnaires, and architecting integration solutions that fit the prospect's use case.
Technical Account Management (5%): Provide strategic technical support for a small set of top-tier, high-volume accounts — ensuring ongoing success and surfacing opportunities for growth.
Process Improvement: Drive optimization of the integration lifecycle: from sales handover to go-live and build the playbooks, documentation, and SOPs the regional team will run on.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of API concepts, security mechanisms, and integration patterns.
Architecture Knowledge: Strong grasp of SaaS architecture, cloud computing conventions, and modern web applications. AWS knowledge is a plus.
Engineering Fundamentals: Demonstrable coding skills in Java, ability to write SQL queries, familiarity with software frameworks and client-server architecture. Python scripting is a plus.
Delivery Skills: Ability to run multiple concurrent integration projects — tracking dependencies, managing timelines, and driving customer-side blockers to resolution.
Tools: Postman, Claude Code / Codex / other AI harness, any DB client, and any OpenAPI demo tool.
Communication: Proven ability to present and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with a high level of organization.
Key Success Metrics
Time-to-Value (primary): Reducing the time between contract execution and the go-live milestone.
Launch Success Rate: Signed customers that reach production and sustained transaction volume, without stalling in integration.
Customer Satisfaction: Quality of product and project execution feedback from the customers you deliver.
Revenue Impact: Enabling existing customers to utilize the full scope of their purchased services, and supporting key deals where technical validation is decisive.
