Job Title: Help Desk Specialist

Work Location: Radnor, PA

Duration:3 month contract

_MUST HAVE:_

__

• Previous IT Service Desk experience including:

• Experience investigating and supporting end user technology including hardware, printers, phones, and software __

• Active Directory experience including password reset and basic user and security administration __

• Experience with laptop reimaging

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including MS Outlook __

• Excellent communication and strong customer service skills __

Any education
