What Otto will not do at any price
It does not invent facts. If an honest answer needs something you never gave it (visa status, a salary expectation, a start date, a reference), it stops and hands the application back to you rather than guessing, and it never answers demographic questions on your behalf. Those come back with the link and the reason.
There is also one apply queue and no priority lane, and matching runs on the same schedule for everyone. A higher plan buys you more applications a month, not a different engine.

No. Every plan is billed monthly, and the card is charged when you subscribe. You can cancel any time in one click from Billing, and you keep the plan to the end of the month you have paid for.
What can I do without a plan?
Create an account, upload your resume, search 1M live openings and see how closely each one fits you. Otto sends up to 5 free applications to the best matches at sign-up; after that, applications are on a plan, from $12.99 a month.
What is the difference between Plus, Pro and Max?
Only how many applications Otto sends: up to 210 applications a month (7 a day) on Plus, up to 600 applications a month (20 a day) on Pro and up to 1,200 applications a month (40 a day) on Max. Every plan includes review before submit, so Otto fills each form and waits for you to read it; a resume tailored to each posting, using only what yours already says; and Autopilot.
Is the dedicated inbox on every plan?
Yes. Every plan gives you your own job-search address. Employers write to it, their replies and interview invitations arrive in Otto sorted by application, and Otto enters the verification codes they send.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from Billing in your dashboard, which opens Stripe's own billing portal. No email, no retention call and no annual plan. The plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for, and nothing is charged after it.
