- Provide expertise in development and filing of financial SEC disclosures.
- Liaise with the Legal, Management and independent auditors in determining appropriate disclosures.
- Research and interpret accounting and financial disclosure regulations to determine appropriate financial disclosure to ensure SEC compliance.
- Prepare and review financial statements, notes to financials and management’s discussion and analysis.
- Review other company documents, presentations and external communications to maintain consistency with SEC filings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
- 8 years related technical accounting experience.
- Working knowledge of GAAP and SEC regulations.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- CPA highly preferred
- Preferably “Big 4” accounting experience.
- SAP experience FI and Controlling (CO) modules.
