We’re looking for an entry-level Production Associate who’s excited to learn and help out across the entire production floor. This role is perfect for someone who’s sharp, adaptable, curious, and comfortable jumping in wherever support is needed.
Your Role
As a Production Associate, you will serve as a flexible support role across production functions including Assembly, Quality Control, Packing, Staging, Finishing, and Print support. You will be assigned tasks based on daily production needs and priorities and may shift between functions throughout the day.
This role is ideal for someone early in their manufacturing career who wants broad exposure to production operations and a strong foundation in modern manufacturing workflows.
Shift and Schedule
Regular schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, 2:30pm–10:00pm
Training schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, for the initial training period.
Mandatory overtime may be required to support production needs, staff shortages, or unexpected increases in workload.
