Following the GYG recipe guide, your role will see you working with fresh ingredients and vibrant Mexican flavours, delivering quality creations for our new and loyal guests.

The Role

As a Cook, you’re at the heart of the restaurant. You’ll prepare fresh food every day, keep things moving during busy service, and bring our vibrant Mexican flavours to life. From prepping ingredients to cooking on the line, you’ll take pride in serving up great-quality food for our regulars and new guests alike.

What We’re Looking For

We appreciate diverse experience, but ideally, you’ll bring:

• Experience working in a kitchen or cooking role within a busy hospitality environment
• A good understanding of food safety and hygiene
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability across a range of shifts, including nights and weekends
