Repertoire is a premium New Zealand womenswear brand, known for timeless pieces, quality craftsmanship, and a personalised in-store experience. Our Cambridge store is focused on building strong client relationships and delivering a high-touch, service-led approach to retail.
This is not just a support role — you’ll be a valued part of the Cambridge store team, helping to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and deliver a premium styling experience. We’re looking for someone who can confidently engage customers, understand their needs, and create considered looks that convert to sales. You’ll be a true Repertoire brand ambassador — bringing warmth, style confidence, strong product knowledge and a genuine love of helping women feel great in what they wear. You’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering a personalised, high-level styling experience to every customer
- Building genuine relationships and repeat clientele
- Confidently selling and styling across a wide demographic of women
- Maintaining premium store presentation and visual standards
- Keeping up to date with Repertoire collections, product knowledge and current fashion trends
- Supporting stock flow and day-to-day store operation
- Supporting thoughtful customer follow-up and clienteling to build lasting relationships
- Assisting with in-store events and activities that build brand awareness and attract customers
Days/Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 11am – 3pm (20 hours per week)
You’re a natural seller who thrives in a customer-facing environment and takes ownership of results. You bring both style credibility and commercial awareness.
- Proven experience in retail sales, ideally within fashion
- Strong personal style and confidence in styling women of all ages and body types
- A proactive, sales-driven mindset with the ability to close
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
- High level of presentation and attention to detail
- A positive, kind and solution-focused approach, aligned with the Repertoire brand and values
- A willingness to take part in ongoing styling, trend and collection training
- Reliable and confident working independently, with the professionalism to take ownership across regular weekday and Saturday shifts
