The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director, Data & Systems, the Systems Administrator will help implement, administer, secure, and continuously improve the SaaS platforms and data integrations that support Hively's programs, with an initial focus on the Measure C Subsidized Child Care Contracted Slots and Operating Grants programs.

This is a hands-on application and data systems role, not a traditional desktop, network, or server administrator position. The role will focus on SaaS platform configuration, business rules, system integrations, APIs, data exchange, testing, security, and technical troubleshooting..

The position will work closely with the Director, Data & Systems; program and operations staff; Data & Reporting staff; Compliance, Finance, software vendors, and external partners to translate business requirements into reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions.
