\- Ensures and documents operators on-the-job training/ coaching

\- Identifies operators' training needs

\- Participates the operators’ evaluation/appraisal

\- Supports specialist training to maintain and update skills matrix and employee qualification data

\- Works with HR on training updates, new initiatives and data transfers

\- Performs duties in accordance with skill matrix

\- Provides training following complaints, QRQC, 8D, KOSU, technical changes & changes to instructions

\- Supports the flexibility concept

\- Trains employees on the workstation required by the rotation and monitors the performance in the new workstations in terms of quality and quantity

• Level of Education: Minimum Bac
• Branch Of Study: all branchs
• Experience: 1 year experience
• Language: French, English
• Social competences: Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & resultorientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork
