#130533 - Salesforce Developer - Service Cloud & Omni-Channel

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to build, enhance, integrate, and support enterprise Service Cloud solutions. This is a hands-on development role focused on scalable business functionality, custom components, Omni-Channel capabilities, system integrations, and reliable Salesforce delivery.

Enterprise experience strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud business solutions.
• Build and maintain Omni-Channel functionality, including routing, capacity, and presence management.
• Develop scalable, maintainable applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Maintain or enhance existing Aura and Visualforce components as needed.
• Develop custom objects and work within the Salesforce development environment.
• Write and optimize SOQL and SOSL queries.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs.
• Support integrations involving telephony or CTI, external SaaS platforms, and AppExchange applications where applicable.
• Use Git and Salesforce CI/CD practices to support deployment and migration processes.
• Execute development work independently while collaborating with cross-functional and technical teams.
• Communicate technical status, risks, decisions, and implementation details clearly.

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing Salesforce business applications.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, including triggers, controllers, and test classes.
• Strong hands-on Lightning Web Components development experience.
• Proficiency in SOQL and SOSL.
• Demonstrated experience building business solutions within Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Omni-Channel functionality.
• Experience developing custom objects and working within the Salesforce development environment.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST-based web services.
• Experience maintaining or enhancing existing Aura and/or Visualforce components.
• Hands-on experience with Git and Salesforce CI/CD, deployment, and migration processes.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• Experience with telephony or CTI integrations within Salesforce.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.
• Familiarity with complex data models and large-scale implementations.
• Experience with Copado or similar Salesforce deployment and CI/CD tools.
• Experience supporting integrations with external SaaS platforms and AppExchange applications.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with predictive analytics, machine-learning APIs, generative-AI platforms, or other AI-driven services.
• Exposure to Einstein features or AI-powered automation within Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Experience building AI-enabled workflows or automation using REST APIs.
• Understanding of prompt-engineering concepts or applying generative-AI tools within business applications.
• Familiarity with data preparation, governance, and security for AI-enabled solutions.
