_Your Leadership in Action _

• Your opportunity to build a world class Environmental Services division.
• Provide system-wide leadership and oversight, ensuring consistent service standards, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
• Lead, coach, and support the EVS Team by establishing priorities, coordinating staffing and work schedules, sharing best practices, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the system.
• Develop and oversee system-wide attraction and retention plans for EVS to ensure success of operating model.
• Manage key vendor partnerships and contractual relationships.

_What’s Required _

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in Environmental Services, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Included in the 7 years of experience, must be a minimum of 5 years of experience in linen service, inventory control and regulatory compliance.
