AI Fullstack Developer

SOCOTEC VIETNAM is a technical support platform for the SOCOTEC GROUP providing expert services on a range of projects in testing, inspection and certification (TIC) in the construction and infrastructure sectors. Around the globe, more than 15,000 experts in 26 countries across 5 continents deliver professional services in construction, buildings & real estate, infrastructures, environment & safety and certification.

We are currently expanding our SOFTWARE & IT SERVICES team and are looking for a AI Fullstack Developer to join our growing team and help deliver high-quality projects to our client

\- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React and FastAPI.

\- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

\- Build scalable and maintainable APIs and backend services.

\- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications.

\- Integrate cloud services, data platforms, and AI-powered tools into business applications.

\- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

\- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices, standards, and technical solutions.

\- Work effectively within an international and collaborative environment.

\- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

\- Minimum 4 years commercial software development.

\- At least 3 years with React.

\- At least 2 years with FastAPI.

\- Production AWS experience (not just S3 or Lambda).

\- Experience with AI tooling (LangChain, OpenAI, Bedrock, vector databases, RAG, MCP, etc.).

\- Experience on a product with a sizeable user base or enterprise deployment.

\- Familiarity with modern data architecture, data processing workflows, or analytics platforms.

\- Solid experience contributing to large-scale or enterprise-level software projects.

\- Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.

\- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

\- Good communication skills in English, French language skills are a plus
