This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, the Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support , addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

🔑 What we’re looking for:

✅ Fluency in English is a MUST! (B2/C1 level) 🇬🇧

✅ Strong skills in Customer Service & Customer Support 🤝

✅ Proven ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction & Customer Experience 💯

✅ Problem-solving , active listening , & attention to detail 👂💡

✅ Experience in a customer-facing role and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus! 🖥️

✅ Flexibility with night & overnight shifts is essential 🌙

✅ Proficiency in professional phone etiquette & communication techniques is a plus 📞💬
