We are seeking a highly organized and efficientBilingual Central Scheduler to join our team in Sanford , United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing appointments, procedures, and resources across our healthcare facility, ensuring smooth operations and optimal patient care.
- Manage and maintain the centralized scheduling system for multi-disciplinary services.
- Coordinate patient appointments, procedures, and follow-ups using scheduling software
- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and staff to schedule and confirm appointments.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and make necessary adjustments to maximize efficiency
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline scheduling processes
- Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the scheduling tracking system.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in scheduling or related administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures preferred
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume scheduling
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
