The Business Applications Specialist serves as the primary support resource for Anders Group technologies, including Salesforce, Sense, and other business applications, helping team members maximize efficiency and resolve technical issues quickly.
The ideal candidate enjoys troubleshooting issues, gathering requirements, improving workflows, building automations, and helping others leverage technology effectively. This role reports to the Director of IT Project Management and partners with vendors and key business stakeholders to support technology initiatives, system enhancements, reporting, process improvements, and project build-outs across the organization.
