Your Role:
As a Senior Application Support Engineer , you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and smooth operation of our applications. You will handle complex production issues, contribute to system optimizations, and mentor junior team members. Your responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting and resolving production incidents at the 2nd level within the agreed SLAs.
- Performing root cause analysis (RCA) to identify and mitigate recurring issues.
- Enhancing and optimizing existing monitoring and alerting systems (Nagios, Grafana, NewRelic).
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Development, DevOps, and QA) to improve system stability.
- Reproducing incidents in test environments and validating fixes before deployment.
- Owning problem tracking and resolution , ensuring continuous service improvement.
- Providing guidance and technical support to junior team members.
