As a People Business Partner, you act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, aligning People strategy with business goals. You will play a key role in organizational design, change management, and driving initiatives that support engagement and retention. Working in an international environment, you ensure compliance with German labor law while enabling effective and fair people decisions. This role combines strategic partnership with hands-on operational execution across the employee lifecycle.
