What You’ll Do
As Head of People & Culture, you will be a strategic partner to the leadership team and lead the People & Culture agenda across Everwest.
- Turn People Strategy into business results. Lead the People & Culture strategy and ensure that People priorities directly support business growth, performance and organizational capability.
- Strengthen leadership and accountability. Partner with senior leaders to build one strong leadership team, strengthen people leadership and create shared accountability for business and team performance.
- Build the talent Everwest needs. Lead workforce planning, talent mapping, succession planning and recruitment for critical roles, ensuring the right capabilities are in place for current and future business needs.
- Build a high-performance culture. Strengthen performance management, recognition, development and accountability while creating clear opportunities for people to grow within Everwest.
- Create simple and consistent People practices. Establish effective Group-wide standards for recruitment, onboarding, performance, development and reward, with relevant local adaptation across markets.
- Lead a strong People & Culture function. Build a capable, business-oriented P&C team that understands the business, takes ownership and delivers measurable impact.
We Expect You To Have
- Proven experience in a senior People/HR leadership role.
- Experience in an international, multi-country and operationally complex organization
- Strong business understanding and ability to connect People decisions with performance, efficiency and growth
- Experience in organizational development, leadership development, talent management and succession planning.
- Experience building effective People processes and standards across an organization.
- A data-driven mindset and ability to translate People insights into practical business actions.
- Strong leadership, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.
- A pragmatic approach — able to think strategically while staying close to execution.
- Excellent English, Lithuanian and Russian language skills.

Monthly salary ranges from 5670 EUR to 7080 EUR gross.
