• Manage the preparation and administration of import files from receipt through to completion.
• Receive and review shipping documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Process import shipments efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Proactively monitor shipments and communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Complete invoicing and other related administrative tasks accurately and on time

• Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous; however, full training will be provided, so this is not essential.
• Global logistics industry knowledge

• Good computer skills (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word)
