This is a sales-focused opportunity where you'll learn the insurance business, build relationships with clients, and develop skills that can lead to long-term advancement, leadership, and even potential agency ownership.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Connect with new and existing prospects through agency leads, referrals, phone calls, email, and other outreach

• Ask questions to understand each client's needs, priorities, and current coverage

• Prepare quotes and recommend Auto, Home, Life, Commercial, and other insurance products

• Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales process

• Build lasting client relationships that generate retention and referrals

• Identify additional coverage opportunities and help clients understand their options

• Work toward individual and agency sales goals

• Maintain an organized pipeline using CRM tools

• Participate in ongoing coaching, product education, and sales development

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous sales, customer service, insurance, retail, banking, hospitality, or other customer-facing experience preferred

• Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone

• Motivated by goals, performance, and earning potential

• Able to handle rejection and continue moving forward

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Organized and consistent with follow-up

• Coachable and willing to learn new sales techniques

• Self-motivated with an interest in long-term career growth

• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licensing is preferred, or willingness to obtain required licensing
