Loan Specialist

First National Bank _of America_ is seeking a Loan Specialist to join our team! We’re ready to train you! The Loan Specialist will help people by making sure their paperwork is complete and organized so our team can move their loans forward. No experience is needed-just bring your motivation, reliability, and willingness to learn. You’ll work in a supportive environment where teamwork matters, and you’ll be given all the training you need to succeed. Responsibilities:

• Speak with customers to collect the information necessary
• Keep track of important dates and make sure nothing is missed
• Stay organized so all the details are in the right place
• Solve problems early and ask for help when needed
• Provide friendly, clear communication to customers and teammates

Qualifications:

• Strong organization skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Drive for continuous learning
• Bilingual fluency in both Spanish and English is a benefit but not required
