Position: Pipeline Engineer
Project: Oil & Gas EPC Pipeline Projects (Saudi Arabia)
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Job Responsibilities:
\- Lead and manage pipeline engineering activities for large-scale EPC oil & gas projects.
\- Review and approve pipeline design drawings, isometrics, and engineering documents.
\- Supervise pipeline construction, installation, and field fit-up activities.
\- Manage pipeline hydrostatic testing, pigging, and pre-commissioning activities.
\- Coordinate with client (Saudi Aramco), subcontractors, and multi-discipline teams.
\- Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards (SAES), ASME, and international codes.
\- Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
\- Track progress and prepare daily/weekly reports for project management.
\- Mentor and manage local and expatriate pipeline teams.
Requirements:
\- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
\- 10+ years of hands-on experience in oil & gas pipeline construction and installation (EPC projects).
\- Proven experience on Saudi Aramco projects is a strong advantage.
\- Proficient in Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES), ASME B31.3/B31.4/B31.8.
\- Strong experience with pipeline welding, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), hydrotesting, and commissioning.
\- Ability to read and interpret Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), isometrics, and engineering drawings.
\- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
\- Fluent in English; Arabic or Chinese is a plus.
\- Valid Saudi Iqama or willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
