FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a Clinical Director to lead our outpatient clinic in West Fort Myers, FL. This is an outstanding opportunity for a clinician who enjoys mentoring others, building a positive team culture, and delivering exceptional patient care while helping grow a successful clinic.

As Clinical Director, you'll continue treating patients while leading day-to-day clinic operations, supporting your team, and driving outstanding patient outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits

$7,500 Sign-On Bonus

What You'll Do

Lead the daily operations of the clinic

Mentor and develop Physical Therapists, PTAs, and front office staff

Deliver exceptional outpatient physical therapy care

Drive patient satisfaction and clinical excellence

Partner with regional leadership to grow the clinic

Monitor productivity, quality, and operational performance

Foster a positive, team-oriented culture

Qualifications

Active Florida Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Outpatient orthopedic experience required

Leadership or management experience preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Passion for mentoring clinicians and developing teams
